Everything Pipeline AI does, in the order you meet it: turning it on, creating a transaction from documents, and updating one when the terms change.
Introduction
A contract comes in, and someone reads it and types what it says into Pipeline: the address, the dates, the price, the people. Pipeline AI does that reading for you.
It fills a new transaction from a contract, and it shows you what a later document changed on a transaction that's already open. Each is a first pass for you to check. Nothing is created or changed until you save.
Decide Who Can Use It and What It Can Cost
Start here if you're a master admin.
Pipeline AI stays off until a master admin turns it on, and the page that turns it on also sets the most it can cost in a month and who on your team can run it.
See Pipeline AI Settings.
Start a Transaction From the Contract
Typing what the contract says into a new transaction is the slowest part of opening a file. Hand Pipeline AI the contract, alone or with the docs that go with it.
Upload a signed contract and a filled-in transaction comes back — AI Create does the typing, so you review what Pipeline pulled, add what's missing, and save.
See Pipeline AI Create.
Bring a Deal Up to Date From a New Document
A deal that's already open keeps getting paper: a counter, an addendum, a contingency removal, each one changing a few fields.
A counter-offer lands, the terms change, and you never retype a field — AI Update reads the new document, shows you what moved and where, and you decide what to apply.
