Hand Pipeline AI your contract and it fills in the transaction, then shows you what changed when a counter-offer or an addendum comes in.
Introduction
Pipeline AI reads the documents you already work with. Give it a signed contract and it fills in a new transaction for you to check. Give it a counter-offer on a deal that's already open and it shows you what changed. Nothing is saved until you save it.
Your office decides whether agents can use it. A master admin turns Pipeline AI on and chooses who can run each action, so if you don't see the options these pages describe, ask your admin.
Start a Transaction From Your Contract
When a contract is signed, start the transaction from it. Pick the contract by itself, or add the addendum or disclosure that goes with it.
Upload a signed contract and a filled-in transaction comes back — AI Create does the typing, so you review what Pipeline pulled, add what's missing, and save.
See Pipeline AI Create.
Update a Deal When the Terms Change
A counter-offer or an addendum changes a few fields on a deal you already have. Add the new document to the transaction and run AI Update on it.
A counter-offer lands, the terms change, and you never retype a field — AI Update reads the new document, shows you what moved and where, and you decide what to apply.
