SUMMARY
Below are alternative methods of uploading documents to Unassigned docs if you're having trouble uploading from a tablet. Some tablet operating systems may not work properly with the doc upload process of Pipeline. If you have trouble uploading from a tablet, try these workarounds.
Workaround #1
On the Unassigned Docs Upload page:
- Click the Flash-based file uploader option and try uploading using that method.
Workaround #2
From the Flash-uploader page:
- Select the single-file uploader option and try uploading using that method.
