PROBLEM
The problem typically results in users not being able to see or access the bottom items in dropdown lists that are long enough to require scroll bars.
WORKAROUNDS
Here are some workarounds to the problem:
- Uncheck "Use visual styles on windows and buttons". (Right-click Computer > Advanced tab > Performance settings > Visual Effects tab).
- Use a mouse-wheel to scroll.
- Use the down/up arrows to scroll.
