Learn how to log into Paperless Pipeline and troubleshoot common errors.
Introduction
To access your company's Paperless Pipeline account, you must first login to your Paperless Pipeline profile. Once logged in, you'll have access to all the features your permissions allow.
How To
Log In
To log into Paperless Pipeline:
- Go to the Pipeline Login Page.
- Enter your Pipeline login email address and password, then click [Log In].
- Optionally, click [Stay logged in for 7 days] to stay logged in for the next 7 days.
- If your company has two-factor authentication enabled, you'll be prompted to enter a security code. Learn more about Two-Factor Authentication →
Troubleshooting Login Errors
Incorrect Email Address or Password
If you see this error when you try logging in:
Here's how to troubleshoot:
- Try logging into Pipeline once more. This time, double-check that you entered both your Pipeline login email address and password correctly and that you do not have your keyboard's CAPS LOCK on.

- If you are sure your email address is correct, try resetting your password. Here's how to Reset Your Password →
- If you're still getting this error after the above steps, contact your office's admin.
Inactive Account
If you see this error when you try logging in:

- Try logging in once more. This time, make sure you entered the correct email address associated with your active Pipeline account, especially if you have more than one Pipeline profile.
- If you are sure you're using the correct email address for your account, contact your office's admin.
403 Forbidden
If you see this error when you try logging in:

If You're Using a VPN
If you are using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to connect to your network:
- Try changing your connected location to a different location, then try accessing Pipeline again. Here's how to connect to a different server location in ExpressVPN →
- If you continue having trouble after that, send an email to Paperless Pipeline Support at help@paperlesspipeline.com.

If You're Not Using a VPN
If you are NOT using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to connect to your network:
- Try connecting to a different internet network or to a VPN (Virtual Private Network), like ExpressVPN, then try accessing Pipeline again.
- If you continue having trouble after that, send an email to Paperless Pipeline Support at help@paperlesspipeline.com.
