Create and Upload an Agent Roster

This article will show you how to create and upload an agent roster to Paperless Pipeline.

Prepare an Agent Roster

  1. Create your agent roster in a spreadsheet. A roster must include the agent’s first name, last name, primary email address, and role in separate columns. Optionally, information such as phone number, license, and office locations may be provided.
  2. Attach your roster to an email that you will send to success@paperlesspipeline.com. We'll email you once your agent roster goes live.
  3. In the email, list any permissions you'd like agents to have. Learn more about agent permissions here →

You don't have to worry about your agents receiving a welcome email from the system before you're ready to send it. You can control when the welcome email goes out. Learn more about welcoming agents to the system here →
