This article will show you how to create and upload an agent roster to Paperless Pipeline.
Prepare an Agent Roster
- Create your agent roster in a spreadsheet. A roster must include the agent’s first name, last name, primary email address, and role in separate columns. Optionally, information such as phone number, license, and office locations may be provided.
- Attach your roster to an email that you will send to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll email you once your agent roster goes live.
- In the email, list any permissions you'd like agents to have. Learn more about agent permissions here →
You don't have to worry about your agents receiving a welcome email from the system before you're ready to send it. You can control when the welcome email goes out. Learn more about welcoming agents to the system here →
